Saadet Işıl Aksoy — Biography

Saadet Işıl Aksoy was born in 1983 in İstanbul.

She completed her education in the English Language and Literature Department of Boğaziçi University.

She stepped into acting in 2005 by taking a role in the series Esir Kalpler.

She has acted in series such as Güz Yangını, Senden Başka, Kalpsiz Adam, Muhteşem Yüzyıl and Balkan Düğünü.

In 2012 she had the opportunity to act alongside Penelope Cruz in the film Twice Born and achieved a significant breakthrough in her career. She is part of the cast of the series Vatanım Sensin, broadcast on Kanal D, in which the lead roles are shared by Halit Ergenç, Bergüzar Korel and Onur Saylak, and she portrays the character Lucy.
