Bülent Uygun, 1 Ağustos 1971'de Adapazarı'nda doğan Türk futbol adamıdır. Futbolculuğunun ardından teknik direktörlüğe geçmiş ve Türk futbolunun tanınan antrenörlerinden biri olmuştur.
