Bülent Uygun — Biography
Bülent Uygun is a former Turkish international footballer born on August 1, 1971, in the Adapazarı district of Sakarya. He played mainly as a forward before moving into an attacking-midfield role, served as team captain at Fenerbahçe, and over his career also turned out for clubs such as Sivasspor, Trabzonspor, Kocaelispor, and Göztepe.
After retiring as a player, Uygun moved into coaching and became especially known for his work with Sivasspor, going on to build a reputation as one of Turkish football's more outspoken and frequently quoted managerial figures.
