Ahmet Berman — Biography
Ahmet Berman was a Turkish international footballer born in Istanbul's Fatih district in 1932. He spent the bulk of his career with Beşiktaş and Galatasaray, and fans nicknamed him "Kambur Ahmet" ("Hunchback Ahmet") because of his slightly stooped posture.
Berman was part of Turkey's squad at the 1954 FIFA World Cup and also played for clubs including Sivasspor and Vefa during his career. He died in Istanbul on 17 December 1980.
