Bülent Turan — Biography
Bülent Turan was born in 1975 in Çanakkale.
After completing his education at the Faculty of Law of Eastern Mediterranean University, he completed his master's degree in the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University.
Turan, who served for a time as a board member of the Lawyers' Association, also served as the manager of the Turan Law Office.
After completing his role as Deputy Chairman of the AK Party İstanbul Provincial Youth Branches, he served for two years as the AK Party İstanbul Deputy Provincial Chairman responsible for organisation.
In the 24th term he served as an AK Party İstanbul Member of Parliament, a member of the TBMM Justice Committee and the Human Rights Committee, a member of the AK Party Group Executive Board, and AK Party Deputy Secretary-General, and in the 25th and 26th terms he served as an AK Party Çanakkale Member of Parliament.
Bülent Turan was elected AK Party Deputy Group Chairman in the 26th term and still holds this office.
