Çağla Irmak — Biography

Çağla Irmak is a young television and film actress who followed her mother, the actress Hülya Gülşen, into the profession. The work that introduced her to a wide audience was Kader in Kırgın Çiçekler on atv, and she now plays the prosecutor Feride in the TRT1 series Taşacak Bu Deniz.

Her first step was Bizim Evin Halleri, in which she appeared on camera with her mother, and she continued her education at Pera Fine Arts High School in those years. The breakthrough was Kırgın Çiçekler, from 2015 to 2018. She then moved into cinema with Leyla in Çakallarla Dans 5. Later roles ranged across genres: Aylin Necipli in Tövbeler Olsun, Yasemin in Ayak İşleri, and in 2022 Ceren Seyhan in Hakim and Bilge in Sıfırıncı Gün. In 2023 she played Ahu in a Netflix production and Edanur Karaçamlı in Hudutsuz Sevda.

She joined the cast of Taşacak Bu Deniz at the end of 2025. On stage, she has appeared in Westend – Batının Sonu, an adaptation of a Dostoevsky work.
