Cemal Hünal — Biography
Cemal Hünal was born on 2 October 1976 in İstanbul. After Saint Benoit French High School, he studied theatre and film in the United States at Santa Monica College and UCLA before continuing at the London Film School.
He launched his on-screen career playing Kerim in the 2007 series Asi and later took a lead role opposite Aslı Tandoğan in the period drama Bir Zamanlar Osmanlı: Kıyam. Director Çağan Irmak cast him opposite Melis Birkan first in Ulak and then in Issız Adam, and he also led the Romantik Komedi film series. On television he portrayed Ares in the TRT series Diriliş Ertuğrul.
