Ekrem Al, born in 1955 in Trabzon, is a Turkish former footballer and football manager. He took his first coaching job in the 1990-91 season at Trabzon Telekomspor, a well-known side of the Trabzon area. In the following years he worked at several Black Sea clubs, among them Yalıspor, Ofspor, Giresunspor, Gümüşhanespor and Bulancakspor.
At the start of the 1999-00 season he joined Akçaabat Sebatspor and stayed for two seasons. He then managed many teams in the 3rd League, the 2nd League and the 1st League. On 3 June 2013, after the 2009-10 season, he agreed terms with Adanaspor for the second time; the club parted ways with him in August of that year.
His link with Sarıyer is one of the best-known parts of his career. His return to the club at the end of 2021 was described in local press as the third Ekrem Al era at Sarıyer, and in early 2023 he was appointed Sarıyer's manager again. In October 2023 he agreed to take charge of Kırşehir FK.
