Eylül Öztürk Özkan — Biography

Eylül Öztürk Özkan was born in 1986 in Balıkesir.

She completed her education in the Department of Greek Language and Literature at the Faculty of Letters of İstanbul University.

While studying at university she performed as a vocalist in many bands, worked for a time as a presenter, and also appeared in TV series and music videos.

Eylül Öztürk, who worked for a time as a flight attendant, recorded jingles for commercials and radio.

With the videos she filmed and shared on social media, she quickly became an internet phenomenon under the nickname Memeli Mestan.

Eylül Öztürk also took her first steps into acting by appearing in the feature films Azen: Cin Karası, Tut Sözünü and Yusuf Yusuf.
