Gökalp Kılıç was born on 21 January 2000 and is a German professional footballer of Turkish background. He was born in Germany, with Geislingen an der Steige given as his birthplace, and he plays as a midfielder.
In May 2018 he put his name to his first professional contract, a three-year deal with 1. FC Heidenheim that ran until 30 June 2021. His senior debut for Heidenheim came on 8 March 2019 in the 2. Bundesliga, when he came off the bench in the 59th minute to replace Tim Skarke in an away match at VfL Bochum that ended in a 1-0 defeat for his side.
He later moved on to FV Illertissen, where he is a contracted midfielder.
