Gülşah Saraçoğlu — Biography

Gülşah Saraçoğlu was born in 1982 in İstanbul. After completing her high school education, she got to know the fashion industry as Dilek Hanif's assistant. She quickly made a name for herself through her work; she began to gain recognition with the outfits she designed for names such as Hande Yener and Nükhet Duru. In her own atelier called Haute Couture, she has created the stage costumes of many celebrities such as Demet Akalın, Deniz Seki, Bülent Ersoy, Ajda Pekkan and Seda Sayan. Gülşah Saraçoğlu has also managed to make a name for herself abroad; she had the opportunity to work with Nicole Kidman, Elton John and Demet Lee Öger by designing stage costumes for them, and in 2014 she opened an atelier in Dubai. She hosted the programs Sen Yeter ki İste in 2011 and Söylemezsem Olmaz in 2016.
