Ilaria Spada — Biography

Born in Latina on 27 February 1981, Ilaria Spada is an Italian actress, television host and model who grew up in the Agro Pontino district, the daughter of an Italian father and a mother of Sicilian-Tunisian descent. She began her career on screen as a presenter, hosting Zecchino d'oro on Rai 1 and Libero on Rai 2, and appeared on the cover of the magazine Panorama. At the end of 2006 she played a firefighter on the Canale 5 series Codice Rosso, and from 2007 she took the lead role in the long-running Rai 1 series Provaci ancora prof!, which brought her wide recognition. In film she played Maria in This Night Is Still Ours (2008) and Claudia in Vacanze ai Caraibi (2015), and went on to appear in Tommaso (2016) and Italians Do It Better (2023).
