Jacques Insermini — Biography
Known by the nickname Jacky, Jacques Insermini was born on 24 October 1927 in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. He started out as a motorcycle racer and weightlifter, winning the French national motorcycle championship in 1960, 1961 and 1962 and also competing at world championship level. In the late 1960s he moved into acting with small theatre roles and appeared in low-budget films in Germany.
In the 1970s he turned to erotic and pornographic cinema under the pseudonyms Bruno Kohls, Jacques Inzermini and Jacques Leviec; his credits from that period include Belalı Tatil and Erotic Diary of a Lumberjack, and he played a cowboy in the 1977 film Délires porno. He kept working in that genre until 1985, also appearing in television productions along the way.
Jacques Insermini died in Paris on 6 June 2024, at the age of 96.
