Kaan Girgin — Biography

Born on 17 September 1967 in Ankara, Kaan Girgin trained as an actor at the Theatre Department of the Ankara State Conservatory. Remembered as a leading man of the 1990s, he appeared in films such as Bir Sonbahar Hikayesi (1994) and Gece, Melek ve Bizim Çocuklar (1993), as well as television series including Ayrı Dünyalar, Yasemin and Gelin.

In the 2000s he played the lawyer character Alper in the series Dikkat Bebek Var, and took roles in the films Dabbe and Miras, also serving as a producer on Miras. Later in his career he appeared in several seasons of Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu. In his personal life, he was married for a time to actress Ceyda Düvenci, with whom he has a son.
