Mediha Didem Türemen — Biography
Mediha Didem Türemen (born 10 June 1982, Aydın) is a Turkish contemporary artist, film production designer, art director, actress, printmaker and photographer. In 2020, she served as executive producer of Nuri Bilge Ceylan's film "About Dry Grasses" ("Kuru Otlar Üstüne"). In 2015, she was nominated for the Golden Orange Award for Best Art Director. She has received an invitation from the Rome Triennale in the field of photography and from numerous biennials and museums in the field of printmaking, and she won the Lorenzo il Magnifico award in the works-on-paper category. One of her woodcut works is on display in the permanent collection of the Albertina Museum.
