Melih Okutan — Biography

Melih Okutan was born on 1 July 1996 in İzmit, Kocaeli. He began playing in 2005 in the youth system of his hometown club Kocaelispor, moved to Fenerbahçe's academy in 2008, and made his professional debut there on 19 May 2016. He was loaned to Anadolu Bağcılar in the 2016-17 season, then transferred outright to Boluspor at the end of that season together with Ertuğrul Taşkıran; his contract was extended in 2018. Midway through the 2020-21 season he moved to Kayserispor, and at the end of that season he transferred to Samsunspor for a fee of 1.5 million lira. In February 2022 he said his goal was to help take Samsunspor back to the Süper Lig.

He returned to Boluspor on loan at the start of the 2022-23 season, then signed outright with Ümraniyespor at the start of 2023-24. A winger, Okutan played for Fethiyespor in Turkish Cup matches in the first half of the 2025-26 season, and currently plays for TFF Second League side Kırklarelispor.
