Müslüm Can — Biography

Müslüm Can was born on 22 June 1975 in West Berlin and became a retired footballer of Turkish descent holding German citizenship. He began playing in the youth ranks of Meteor 06 and Hürriyet Burgund before gaining his first professional experience at Füchse Berlin Reinickendorf.

He then made 29 appearances in the 2. Bundesliga for Tennis Borussia Berlin before moving to Turkey, where he played for Altay and spent the longest spell of his career, from 2000 to 2004, at Samsunspor. He went on to play for Kayserispor and Orduspor, totalling 139 appearances for various clubs in the Süper Lig. He ended his career back at Tennis Borussia Berlin in 2008.
