Nazım Sangaré — Biography
Nazım Sangaré was born on 30 May 1994 in Cologne, Germany, to a Guinean father and a Turkish mother. A right-back standing 1.85 metres tall, he also spent a long stretch as a trainee teacher at a kindergarten while playing for Fortuna Düsseldorf.
He began his professional career at Alemannia Aachen in 2013, moved to the Fortuna Düsseldorf reserve side in 2014 and joined Osnabrück on a free transfer in 2016. In August 2017 he signed for Antalyaspor, which brought him to the Süper Lig. In September 2020 he joined Fenerbahçe on a four-year contract and won the Turkish Cup in 2022-23. He left the Istanbul club in September 2023, signed for Göztepe in July 2024 and moved to Gaziantep FK in August 2025. In July 2026 he agreed a new two-year contract with Gaziantep FK.
Şenol Güneş first called him up to the Turkey national team on 24 May 2019, and he made his debut as a starter in a friendly against Greece on 30 May 2019.
