Ömer Faruk Yurtseven — Biography
Ömer Faruk Yurtseven was born on 19 June 1998 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Standing 2.13 m tall and playing center, he also represents the Turkish national team. He started his career in Fenerbahçe's youth system before playing college basketball in the United States for NC State and Georgetown.
In the NBA, Yurtseven played for the Miami Heat and Utah Jazz before moving to Panathinaikos in Greece, where he won the Greek Cup twice. After parting ways with Panathinaikos in early 2026, he had short stints with G League side Rio Grande Valley Vipers and the Golden State Warriors before signing with Real Madrid of Spain's Liga ACB and EuroLeague, where he continues his career.
