His directing credits include Her Şey Çok Güzel Olacak (Everything's Gonna Be Great, 1998), İnşaat (Under Construction, 2003), Kabadayı (For Love and Honor, 2007), Anadolu Kartalları (2011) and İnşaat 2 (2014), and he produced Gönül Yarası (Lovelorn, 2005). He received a Lifetime Honour Award at the 55th Antalya Film Festival in 2018, and in 2025 chaired the national feature-film jury at that festival's 62nd edition.
