Safiye Soyman — Biography
Safiye Soyman is a Turkish singer born on 3 March 1961 in Bolu. She began her recording career with the 1980 album Aşk Olsun Sana and released a long string of albums over the following four decades, including Hesabım Var, Söz Veriyorum, Sevenler Gece Ağlar, Hani Gittin Ya, Yine Benden Dinleyin and İşte Benim Dünyam.
In 2010 she released an album of ilahis, or religious hymns, and followed it with Alaturka Şarkılar & İstanbul Olmaz Olsun in 2012 and Bir Yorum Da Benden in 2016. In 2017 she appeared on the television programme Dünya Güzellerim alongside Bülent Ersoy, Burcu Esmersoy and Banu Alkan.
