El salario del crimen is a 1964 Spanish crime film written and directed by Julio Buchs. Released on 26 December 1964, it is generally classed as a film noir and police thriller. The leading roles are played by Arturo Fernández, Françoise Brion, José Bódalo and Manuel Alexandre. The picture was shot in Spanish, with a score composed by Josep Solà i Sànchez.

The film placed third in the Sindicato Nacional del Espectáculo poll for the best film of 1964. It stands as one of the genre productions made in Spain during the mid-1960s.
