The Worst Week of My Life

The Worst Week of My Life (Italian: La peggior settimana della mia vita) is a 2011 Italian comedy directed by Alessandro Genovesi. The picture is a screen adaptation of the British sitcom of the same name, and was produced by Colorado Film with a running time of about 93 minutes. Genovesi also co-wrote the screenplay together with Fabio De Luigi.

The ensemble cast features Fabio De Luigi, Cristiana Capotondi, Alessandro Siani, Antonio Catania, Monica Guerritore and others from Italian film and television. In keeping with its sitcom origins, the film builds its humour out of escalating misfortunes and misunderstandings in the run-up to a wedding.
