Yusuf Karakaya — Biography

Yusuf Karakaya was born in 1994 in Elazığ. He took up sport at the age of 14 when a friend suggested kickboxing. His family, thinking that sport offered no promising future, did not support Yusuf Karakaya at first; however, he went to Antalya without his family's knowledge and began training at a club. He achieved many successes internationally and in Turkey. He later went to Thailand, lived there for 1.5 years and won the championship three times. The main reason for his participation in Survivor is that he believes he has represented Turkey in many countries up to now, has experienced many championships, loves competition, and that the greatest place of competition is Survivor. Yusuf Karakaya is one of the contestants of Survivor 2019 Turkey-Greece.
