Cem Cücenoğlu was born in 1976 in Ankara.
He completed his education in the Western Music Piano Department of the Müjdat Gezen Sanat Merkezi Conservatory.
He began his career in 1999 with the series Deli Yürek.
He took part in projects such as Gurbet Kadını, Cennet Mahallesi, Yabancı Damat, Arka Sokaklar, Akasya Durağı, Düriye'nin Güğümleri and Ustura Kemal.
