Ezgi Şenler — Biography

Ezgi Şenler is a television, film and stage actress who came to acting from dance. She made her screen debut as Aslı in the Kanal D series Bodrum Masalı and reached a wider audience as Pınar Gümüş in the TRT 1 action drama Teşkilat. In cinema she played the lead in Serçenin Gözyaşı.

She grew up in Ankara. At nine she spent two years training in ballet with the Ankara State Opera and Ballet, and she later graduated from the modern dance department of Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory; her stage presence draws on that dance background. Bodrum Masalı (2016-2017) made her recognisable. She then played Mercan in Star TV's Nefes Nefese, Müjgan Haksever, one of the leads, in atv's Canevim, and in 2020 Ayşen Yılmaz in Kanal D's Çatı Katı Aşk. She joined the cast of Teşkilat in 2021. In 2022 she played Fatoş in a supporting role in the Netflix series Sen Yaşamaya Bak, and in 2023 she took her first film lead as Nilüfer in Serçenin Gözyaşı.

In August 2025 she married a childhood friend whom, she said, she had met again after 19 years, in a ceremony on the Bosphorus in Istanbul.
