Gökhan Özoğuz — Biography
Gökhan Özoğuz was born in 1976 in İstanbul and is originally from Gaziantep.
He completed his education at Anadolu University.
Gökhan Özoğuz, who has been playing the guitar since the age of 15, founded the band Athena together with his twin brother.
With the song For Real, they represented Turkey at Eurovision in 2004 and finished fourth.
He studied music in London together with his brother Hakan.
On the competition O Ses Türkiye broadcast on Tv8, produced and hosted by Acun Ilıcalı, he sits on the jury alongside Hadise, Murat Boz and Yıldız Tilbe.
