Gonca Vuslateri — Biography

Nazlı Gonca Vuslateri was born on 2 September 1986 in Bursa. Because her father served as a non-commissioned officer, she spent roughly eight years of her childhood living in military lodgings in Adana, then relocated to Istanbul in 1998 together with her mother and sister. She began acting lessons while still in primary school, finished Kadıköy İntaş High School and earned her degree from the theatre department of the Müjdat Gezen Art Center. Away from the screen she also pursues column writing, screenwriting, poetry and radio presenting.

She first appeared on television in 1997 in the series Ruhsar, and went on to build recognition through titles such as Küçük Sırlar and Yerden Yüksek. Her turn as Vasfiye in Yalan Dünya in 2012 made her a widely recognized face. In 2016 she portrayed Şule Akçay in the Star TV drama Anne, and that same period saw her on the big screen as Kilitorya in the comedy Bizans Oyunları. Her film credits also include Bornova Bornova and Kaybedenler Kulübü.

In 2018 she took the role of Derin in the series Tehlikeli Karım and played Buse in the feature Düğüm Salonu. She appeared in the 2024 film Zaferin Rengi and joined the series Leyla: Hayat... Aşk... Adalet... as Nur Yıldız when it launched in December 2025. Following a relationship with photographer Mehmet Turgut, she married Edip Burak Ertoğan in 2016; the couple has a daughter named Asya.
