Ruhi Sarı — Biography

Ruhi Sarı was born on 18 May 1972 in Trabzon and studied acting at the State Conservatory of Selçuk University. He began his stage career with Kartal Sanat Tiyatrosu before moving into cinema with the 1995 film Sen de Gitme Triyandafilis, in which his role as Rıfat earned him several awards.

His film work includes titles such as The Third Page (Üçüncü Sayfa), In Nowhere Land (Hiçbiryerde), Maruf, Kabadayı, Where's Firuze? and Made in Europe. On television he became widely known through popular series like Yedi Numara, Yeditepe İstanbul, Yarım Elma, Sultan Makamı and Aşk Yakar, and he also appeared in Gişe Memuru, Pus, Sümela'nın Şifresi: Temel and Moskova'nın Şifresi: Temel.

In later years he played Sadullah in the series Kırgın Çiçekler and continued to work steadily, with credits including Söz, Kırmızı Oda, Gönül Dağı, Kulüp, Kusursuz Kiracı and Maviye Sürgün.
