Semiramis Pekkan — Biography
Semiramis Pekkan (born 30 September 1948 in Istanbul) is a Turkish film actress and singer. She is the sister of the famous singer Ajda Pekkan.
Active since 1964, Pekkan appeared in films in the 1960s and 1970s while also pursuing a career as a singer. Her film appearances include Aşka Tövbe (1968) and Ankara Express (1970).
Her private life, including her marriages to Fikret Hakan, Ercüment Karacan and Gulu Lalvani, also drew public attention. In 2025–2026 she underwent cancer treatment, after which the Turkish media reported her recovery.
