2047 - Sights of Death

2047 - Sights of Death is a 2014 Italian feature blending science fiction, action and thriller elements, helmed by director Alessandro Capone. The script was penned by Tommaso Agnese together with Luca D'Alisera. True to its name, the narrative takes place in the year 2047, within a bleak dystopian future. Filmed in English with a running time of about 85 minutes, it premiered on 24 July 2014. Its ensemble includes Danny Glover, Daryl Hannah, Michael Madsen, Stephen Baldwin and Rutger Hauer. Backed by Ambi Pictures, Canal+ and Red New Line, the production carries a musical score by Vittorio Giannelli and cinematography by Davide Manca. Certain territories released the picture under the alternate names Death Squad and 2047: The Final War.
