Ammar (Ammar: Cin Tarikatı)

Ammar: Cin Tarikatı ("Ammar: The Cult of Jinn") is a 2014 Turkish horror-thriller directed by Özgür Bakar, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Alper Kıvılcım.

The story follows a group of friends whose weekend getaway to a remote mountain house turns into a nightmare, as a string of unexplained, terrifying incidents draws them into the grip of an old curse and malevolent jinn. The young cast includes Ozan Akbaba.

The film drew roughly 120,000 admissions in Turkish cinemas and was noted at the time for its visual effects and makeup work.
