Kokkinos Kyklos

Kokkinos Kyklos (Greek for "red circle") is a Greek crime-thriller anthology series created by Panos Kokkinopoulos and Bessy Voudouri. Each self-contained episode presents murder stories inspired by real cases that gripped public opinion, exploring the circumstances that can drive a person to kill through a blend of drama, suspense and black comedy. The cast, directors and writers differ from episode to episode.

The series aired on Alpha TV during the 2000-2002 seasons, running for two seasons and 50 episodes; a third season approved in 2003 was cancelled before filming and never broadcast. Produced by Frenzy Films with a writing team including Christos Dimas and Alexandros Kakavas, the show features the voice of Minas Chatzisavvas in its opening titles and continues to be rerun on the same channel in late-night slots.
