Lotus Flowers for Miss Quon
Lotus Flowers for Miss Quon is a 1967 thriller and adventure picture directed by Jürgen Roland, produced jointly by France, Italy and West Germany. Lang Jeffries heads the cast, with Francesca Tu and Werner Peters among the principal players. The screenplay adapts James Hadley Chase's 1961 novel A Lotus for Miss Quon. Filming on location took place in and around Hong Kong, and art director Peter Rothe created the production's sets. The film reached German cinemas as Lotosblüten für Miss Quon and French screens as Coup de gong à Hong Kong, standing as a characteristic example of the multinational European co-productions of its period.
