The Green Threshold

The Green Threshold (العتبة الخضراء) is an Egyptian comedy film released in 1959, directed by Fatin Abdelwehab. Written by Jalil al-Bindari, the film runs approximately 110 minutes and was shot in Egyptian Arabic.

The film stars the celebrated performer Sabah alongside Ahmad Mazhar and İsmail Yasin. A product of Egyptian cinema's prolific 1950s era, it brings together some of the period's most prominent actors.
