The War Show
The War Show is a 2016 Danish-German-Syrian documentary co-directed by Andreas Dalsgaard and Obaidah Zytoon, who also co-wrote the screenplay together with Miriam Nørgaard. Running 100 minutes, it recounts the Arab Spring uprising in Syria and the civil war that followed through the eyes of a former Syrian radio host — Zytoon herself.
The film won the award for best film in the Venice Days (Giornate degli Autori) section of the 73rd Venice Film Festival.
