Bige Önal — Biography

Bige Önal (born 1 February 1990, Istanbul) is a Turkish actress. She is the daughter of Erhan Önal, a former footballer who played for Galatasaray and Bayern Munich. After graduating from the Saint-Benoît French high school, she studied at Istanbul Bilgi University.

She first drew notice playing Yeliz in the 2010 youth series Elde Var Hayat, and her role as Nazlı opposite Ayça Bingöl, Mete Horozoğlu, İlker Kızmaz and Ekin Koç in the period drama Benim Adım Gültepe marked a career breakthrough. In 2020 she played Hayrünnisa in the Netflix series Bir Başkadır (Ethos), and she went on to appear in the series Sen Çal Kapımı and Bodrum Masalı, and in the 2024 film On Saniye.
