Engin Alkan — Biography

Engin Alkan was born in 1965 in Sakarya. He completed his education in the Theater Department of the İstanbul Municipal Conservatory and the Theater Department of the İstanbul University State Conservatory. The actor, who made a major breakthrough in his career with the series Yedi Numara in which he acted in 2000, has taken part in many projects such as Ruhumun Aynası, Aşağı Yukarı Memişliler, Deli Saraylı, Mert ile Gert and Erkekler Ağlamaz. He acts in the series Kardeş Çocukları, broadcast on Star Tv, whose cast includes such names as Mehmet Aslantuğ, Ayça Bingöl, Afra Saraçoğlu, Nur Fettahoğlu, Furkan Andıç and Murat Daltaban, and plays the character Reşat. Engin Alkan has also done voice acting work on The Smurfs, Sesame Street, The Lord of the Rings, Puss in Boots and many other projects.
