Jeanne Herviale, born Jeanne Blanche Charlotte Charrier, is counted among the supporting actresses who enriched French cinema from the second rank. In credits she sometimes appears as Jeanine Herviale or Jeanne Hervialle.
Between 1946 and 1989 she appeared in 85 films and television productions. In Themroc (1973) she played Themroc's mother, and she also acted in Elle court, elle court la banlieue the same year. In later years she was seen in productions such as Armaguedon (1977), Violette Nozière (1978) and Deadly Circuit (1983), and she took character parts in Erotissimo and Gros-Câlin as well.
Born in the 18th arrondissement of Paris on 24 December 1908, she died in Pradines, in the Lot, on 29 October 1989.
