Özgürcan Çevik — Biography
Özgürcan Çevik was born on 24 October 1983 in Ankara and trained in the Theatre-Acting Department of the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts at Bilkent University.
A member of the Ankara Art Theatre company, he began his career in 2008 with the series Bizim Evin Halleri and gained recognition in 2010 with the series Türkan.
His breakthrough came with the title role in the 2013 film Şevkat Yerimdar, a part he reprised in the 2015 sequel and in the Fox TV series adaptation that followed in 2017.
He also appeared in productions such as Fatih Harbiye, Ruhumun Aynası and Dağ, and continued his film career afterward with Sol Şerit.
