Bitter Revenge (Acı İntikam) (translated)

Acı İntikam (Bitter Revenge) is a 1968 Turkish adventure film shot in black and white on 16 mm. Yılmaz Atadeniz directed it from a screenplay by Çetin İnanç. It is also known as Yüzbaşı Kemal (Captain Kemal). Şahinler Film made it, with Nami Dilbaz as producer.

Cüneyt Arkın stars as Orhan Şahin, with Suzan Avcı, Erol Günaydın and Birsen Menekşeli alongside him. Reha Yurdakul plays the mafia boss, Muammer Gözalan is Muammer Selen, Sevinç Pekin is Lili and Enver Dönmez is Kılkuyruk. The cast also includes a police chief (Asım Nipton), an inspector (Ali Demir), a character named Ömer (Hüseyin Zan) and Ahmet Koç as a ship's crew member.

Ali Uğur was the cinematographer; the poster was designed by İbrahim Enez and printed by Yılmaz Ofset. Abdurrahman Palay voices Cüneyt Arkın, Nevin Akkaya voices Suzan Avcı and Timuçin Caymaz voices Reha Yurdakul.
