Cingöz Recai
Cingöz Recai is a 1969 Yeşilçam comedy and the second screen adaptation of the popular literary character created by Server Bedi (the pen name of Peyami Safa). Safa Önal both wrote the screenplay, based on Peyami Safa's novel, and directed the 80-minute film. Ayhan Işık plays the title role of Cingöz Recai, the celebrated gentleman thief of Turkish popular fiction.
