The Big Family

The Big Family (original Italian title: L'onorata famiglia - Uccidere è cosa nostra) is a 1973 Italian mafia film directed by Tonino Ricci, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Arpad De Riso. Running about 90 minutes, the film stars Raymond Pellegrin, Simonetta Stefanelli and Richard Conte in the leading roles.

The supporting cast includes familiar character actors of the era such as Edmund Purdom, Giancarlo Prete and Sal Borgese. Released in German-speaking countries under the title Die ehrenwerte Familie, the film was first shown there on a private television channel in May 1988.
