The Hand That Feeds the Dead (Italian: La mano che nutre la morte) is a 1974 Gothic horror film made as an Italian-Turkish co-production. It was co-directed by Italian filmmaker Sergio Garrone and Turkish director Yılmaz Duru, from a screenplay written by Garrone; the film runs about 87 minutes and its original language is Italian.

Klaus Kinski stars as a nineteenth-century doctor who discovers a laboratory in the basement of his house and begins experimenting with the reanimation of the dead.

The cast also features two major names of Turkish cinema, Ayhan Işık and Erol Taş, alongside Katia Christine, Carmen Silva, Carla Mancini and Osiride Pevarello, making the film one of the productions where Italian Gothic horror of the era crossed paths with Turkey's Yeşilçam industry.
