Vaya con Dios

Vaya con Dios is a 2002 German comedy written and directed by Zoltan Spirandelli. Styled partly as a road movie, it follows the singing monks of a fictional order known as the Cantorians on their journey from Germany to Italy. Filming took place in 2000 at Chorin Abbey in Brandenburg, in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia and Baden-Württemberg, as well as in Tuscany, Italy. The production was handled by d.i.e. Film GmbH of Munich and a.pictures film & tv produktion gmbh of Hamburg. The cast includes Michael Gwisdek and Uwe Bohm.
