Yetkin Dikinciler — Biography
Yetkin Dikinciler (born 1969 in Istanbul) is a Turkish stage, film, and television actor. He began his studies in the Philosophy Department of Istanbul University's Faculty of Letters, then transferred to the Theatre Department of Mimar Sinan University's State Conservatory after meeting actress Yıldız Kenter during theater classes. After working at the state theaters of Bakırköy, Antalya, and Diyarbakır, he joined the Istanbul State Theatre company in 1999. He made his film debut in Leoparın Kuyruğu, followed by roles in Gülizar, Üç Kişilik Aşk, and Avrupa Yakası. He gained wide recognition for playing Salim in Çağan Irmak's Babam ve Oğlum and for portraying the poet Nâzım Hikmet in Buket İlhan's Mavi Gözlü Dev, a performance that won him a best actor award at the Ankara Film Festival. He later appeared in the series Muhteşem Yüzyıl and Bahtiyar Ölmez, and in 2025 received an award at the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival for his role in Parçalı Yıllar.
