Neriman Uğur — Biography

Neriman Uğur was born in 1958 in Muğla. She completed her education in the Acting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University. She had her first acting experience in 1999 with the character Gülsüm whom she portrayed in the series Yılan Hikayesi; she took part in many projects such as Aşk Olsun, Kırık Ayna, Kader, Parmaklıklar Ardında, Geç Gelen Bahar, Canan, Huzur Sokağı, Sudan Bıkmış Balıklar and Acı Aşk. She portrays the character Canan in the series Siyah İnci, broadcast on Star TV, in which the lead roles are shared by Hande Erçel, Tolgahan Sayışman and Berk Hakman.
