Sevil Akı — Biography

Sevil Akı was born in 1971 in Erzurum.

After completing her education in the Business Administration Department of Trakya University, she received theatre training at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center.

She worked in theatre companies such as the İstanbul State Theatre, the İstanbul City Theatre, and the Espri Standartları Enstitüsü.

In 1996 she stepped into the world of television with the series Gurbetçiler.

She has appeared in the series Benim Annem Bir Melek, Hacı, Tatlı Hayat, and Keşanlı Ali Destanı.

She is a member of the cast of the series Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz, broadcast on Atv, where she plays the character Emine.
