Bensu Soral was born in Bursa in 1991.

She completed her education in the Graphic Design Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Marmara University.

She is the sister of actress Hande Soral.

She had her first television series experience in 2012, taking a role in the series Yol Ayrımı.

In 2013, she joined the cast of the series Vicdan, in which Timuçin Esen and Ahu Türkpençe shared the lead roles.
