Devrim Yakut — Biography

Devrim Yakut was born in 1968 in Ankara.

She completed her education at the Theatre Department of the Faculty of Languages, History and Geography (DTCF) of Ankara University.

In 1994 she was appointed to the Adana State Theatre and began working there; she later worked at the Adana Theatre Workshop, which she co-founded.

In 2003 she began working at the Ankara State Theatre.

She had her first acting experience with the series Hisarbuselik; she took roles in many projects such as Kardeş Payı, Cesur ve Güzel, Beni Unutma, Vicdan and Annem Uyurken. She plays the character İnci in the cast of the series Hayat Sırları, broadcast on Star Tv, whose cast includes names such as Ahmet Mümtaz Taylan, Devrim Yakut, Hazar Ergüçlü, Ekin Koç, Olgun Toker, Ecem Erkek and Gökçe Yanardağ. The master actress Devrim Yakut also took her place in the world of cinema by appearing in the films Ekşi Elmalar, Düğün Dernek, Bana Masal Anlatma, 8 Saniye and Kelebeğin Rüyası.
